First of all, please make sure that you are connecting the correct Google account with the matching domain.
Then, try reconnecting your Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked:


That should resolve your issue.
