API Log Error

    Hi there,

    I’m noticing a lot of API errors in my logs that look something like this:

    [Fri Feb 28 12:21:13 2020] [error] [client 66.249.64.2:0] Rank Math GSC API Error: 400 | {“error”:”invalid_grant”,”error_description”:”Bad request. Please check the code.”}

    It may be related to importing and using custom fields (I am using custom fields for snippet information when importing with WP All Import), but I’d like to understand more about what this could be as a result of.

    Hi Kieran,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console

    There, try to authorize your search console once again.

    It sounds like your website is not able to connect with the GSC API.

    Do let us know if that doesn’t fix the issue.

    Thanks for this Todd, I should have guessed that’s what GSC means.

    I’m getting this error when trying to reconnect to GSC:

    “Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
    This app has not yet been verified by Google in order to use Google Sign in.”

    Perhaps this is just a temporary error, I will try again over the weekend.
