    Hi,

All our G4 stats are showing zero, as they were not fetching data, although the analytics mark is green.

I have tried reconnecting via Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.

I have flushed data via Database Tools.

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your Rank Math Analytics. It seems like you’ve already taken some steps to resolve the issue by reconnecting via Rank Math SEO and flushing the data via Database Tools.

Since you’ve already tried these steps, I recommend checking if there are any filters appending domain names to URLs in Google Analytics. If you haven’t done so already, please ensure that there are no such filters present.

If the issue persists, you may also want to consider refreshing the authorization tokens by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and recreating the database tables via WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

Hi, we have followed the suggested steps and it is still 0 for everything.

    Looking forward to your help.

    Best,

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Rank Math plugin installed on your site. You can check the latest version here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

Following the above steps should fix the issue.

You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/

However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

Then Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.

This is how it should look like:

Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google and you should be able to see the updated data.

You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well, it is quite normal and you don’t have to worry.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Dear Adetayo,

I have attempted to follow the instructions, I was able to rebuild index and delete analytic database data, but there is no “Update data manually” button. There is a greyed-out “Fetching in process button” instead.

The rank math processes can all be found in failed and pending sections of Scheduled actions. There are more than 150 all together.

I am hereby pasting an example of a failed action related to fetching:
    rank_math/analytics/data_fetch Failed rank-math Every 1 week 2023-01-05 09:50:00 +0000
    (1 year 1 day ago)
    2023-01-03 13:24:29 +0000
    action created
    2023-01-05 09:51:10 +0000
    action started via WP Cron
    2023-01-05 09:51:10 +0000
action failed via WP Cron: Scheduled action for rank_math/analytics/data_fetch will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Best,
    Martina

    Hello,

It seems like there is some issue with the cron jobs on your site. Please install the WP Crontrol plugin on your site and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events, and check if you see any errors/notices related to WP_Cron: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    Hi Ike,

There are no error messages on our Cron Events page. There are some events with no action:
    wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes
    redirection_log_delete
    wpseo_permalink_structure_check
    wpseo-reindex
    eael_remove_unused_options_data
    woocommerce_tracker_send_event
    woocommerce_cleanup_rate_limits

I guess the wpseo ones are related to Rank Math, will be waiting on your instructions on how to further address the issue.

Thank you so much for your kind help!

    Hello @pratdante

In this case we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
