Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the Rank Math Analytics tab not displaying any information. We understand the importance of having access to your website’s analytics data.
To resolve this issue, we recommend checking a few things:
-
Connect Google Services: Ensure that you have connected Rank Math with your Google account to fetch data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AdSense. You can do this by clicking the “Connect Google Services” button in the Analytics tab within Rank Math.
-
Rebuild Index for Analytics: If you notice incorrect data or no data at all, you can head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics to resolve any issues with the index Rank Math uses for Analytics.
-
Check Analytics Settings: Make sure that you have configured the Analytics properties correctly in the Rank Math settings. You can select all the values in the drop-down list to configure Analytics properties and then click on the “Save Changes” button.
If you’ve already performed these steps and are still facing issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here. Our team is always here to help.
We hope this helps resolve the issue. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
