Analytics Database Not Being Deleted In Siteground

    I have been using the Rankmath plugin to delete the ‘Analytics Database’ so I can reduce the size of my database.

    I have clicked to delete the data from

    Rankmath Plugin > General Settings > Analytics

    but the database remained for

    wp_rank_math_analytics_gsc = 503.5 MiB

    So this has not been reduced after deleting in the plugin.

    The support of Siteground said the following.

    In this case the table data should also have been reduced but it seems this remains, so this means the analytics data was not fully removed as it remains in the database. This is why their support needs to advise how to clear the table without affecting the plugin itself.

    Please let me know what can be done.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Your Google account is currently not connected with our plugin so we can’t check the delete data option. Please connect your Google account in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and let us know so we can check this further.

    Hello,

    We clicked the button to delete the data for the Analytics module and it was reduced on the website to no rows and just the default table structure which takes roughly 80Kb as you can see here:
    Analytics
