To allow Rank math to analyze ACF please enable it be heading over to Rank math > Dashboard > and enable the ACF module. If that won’t work, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Thanks for the fast respond. I have already tried to activate ACF. It says there must be an ACF plugin installed but I have ACF in my template.
I don’t get any error messages in my WordPress area either. All plugins work correctly.

Rank Math just supports the ACF plugin, so is possible to disable the ACF built in the theme and enable the ACF plugin?

Thanks for your effort, but I cannot deactivate the integrated ACF plugin.

Please get in touch with your theme provider, they should be able to help you in disbaling the theme ACF then you can use the recommended ACF plugin to be able to use ACF with Rank math. Let us know how it goes.
