Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share the affected URL so we can verify the canonical?
Meanwhile, here’s a guide on how to deal with that matter in Google Search Console:

Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
The URLs found by Google are the URLs with a query parameter and aren’t supposed to be indexed in the SERPs since they have content of the correct URL. That’s why our plugin is adding the canonical URL of the correct page to avoid duplicate content issues.
There is no benefit of redirecting such pages as after redirecting them Google will show the Page with Redirect error. Since the URLs are not supposed to be indexed, you can ignore the warning.
To make sure that Google doesn’t find more pages like these, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to find the referring page and figure out how Google is finding these URLs.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
