Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm if you are using any page builders on your site? If so please let us know which page builder you are using.
If you are using a page builder not supported by Rank Math yet, then you would need to contact the developer of that page builder developer by showing them the following link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/This will allow Rank Math to read the contents from your page.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
yes its a builder supported by rank math
its a theme that uses elementor so I have to access rank math by going to the original word press page builder, the plugin shows what I have and what im missing but when I add my alt text, the software says im still missing it
hello?
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in replying. Please may you share an example post/page URL along with an example image URL that is not being detected so we can check what may be causing it.
Please note, Rank Math can only add alt text to images that are added within the post/page content editor. If the image was added somewhere else like the header, footer or sidebars, you will need to contact your theme or Elementor for assistance.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
It seems that you have shared a WP-admin URL.
Can you please share the live URL of the post instead? If you prefer, you can share your WP admin login in the sensitive data section so we can open the post URL you have shared.
We are looking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello,
I checked the page https://myrtlebeachtreeremoval.com/tree-removal-myrtle-beach-sc/ on your website and there were images without alt tags. I’ve attached a screenshot of a set of images without alt tags in the sensitive data area. Please confirm you have added alt tags to the images. If so, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
ok, does every photo on a page need the same alt text for the software to recognize it?
Hello,
No, at least one image must have a matching keyword so our plugin can pass Content Analysis. Since there’s no alt text on the frontend, then you may need to manually add the alt text in any image that is inside the content.
If this isn’t the case on your end, please share your WP admin login as we have mentioned in the previous reply.
Looking forward to helping you.
ok got it thanks
Hello,
Do let us know whether you were able to resolve the issue?
If not, please share your WP admin login as we have mentioned in the previous reply.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
yes i was able to resolve the issue

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
