    Hello,
    I have read all I could find about this issue but I am still having problem:

    I enabled Add Missing ALT Attributes, and set it up, as attached.
    I use custom post type “Portfolio” for my posts. Is that why Alt text is not generated?
    I used your Online Seo Analyser and it shows that my Alt tags are okay! But I cannot see any alt text when I view source or inspect the images. and AHREF site audit also issues warning about Alt Text missing.
    I also use the WebP Express plugin. I disabled it and tested again, but it didn’t solve the problem.

    What am I missing?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    The image referring to the site report you have shared are the thumbnails. You can refer to the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    Please note that the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options in Rank Math are not added to your images in the media gallery as the feature works only on the fly (applied on the front end when your page loads on the browser).

    Also, images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. will not be affected as they only apply to images added directly to your content.

    In this case, you can get in touch with your theme provider to apply the alt to those images.
