I am having difficulty connecting the Rank Math plugin to my WordPress account. I am having the same issue as in this help article: Search Console “no result found” – Support – Rank Math
I have gone through the steps, but all of the fields are still blank. As advised in the above article, I copied the system info to clipboard and pasted it below:

    (See Sensitive Data)

Thank you in advance for any advice you may be able to provide.

    Warm regards,
    Daisy Murray

Thank you for your reply and sorry for my delayed response.
I have installed the 2 plugins. What email would you like to use for the Temporary Login Without Password app?
Also, could you please give steps or a link to a tutorial on how to create a backup of my site?

    Hello,

You may use s******@r*********** for the temporary logins.

Here’s the link to a tutorial on how to create a backup of my site:

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

There is a notification on my wordpress that was not there yesterday which says that I need to reconnect to Rank Math because my URL has changed. My URL has not changed. I tried clicking on that notification and after I selected “okay, activate” I was given a success message, but the notification regarding my URL did not go away.

Thank you for all of your help so far and thank you far any advice you can give.

    Hello,

Upon checking your site, it seems that you have not yet created a URL prefix property on your Google Search Console.

Please note that you may need to choose the property https://domain.com/ and not the sc:domain.com upon connecting your site.

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

In this case, please follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

    Prefix

Then reconnect your site on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

Regarding the notice, please clear your website’s cache as it was already dismissed.

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

I took all of those steps: successfully added domain property on Google, cleared the cache on my browser and the rankmath plugin, deleted and reconnected permissions; and still no data in the analytics fields.

It is possible that I did not delete my cache correctly; could you please advise how you would recommend I clear my cache?

    Hello,

We’ve checked your site and found that the Search Console account you are connected, doesn’t have sufficient permissions:

In this case, please make sure that you are added as an owner of the property on Google Search Console.

After that, please reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and make sure to provide all the required permissions.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

I took those steps to add the right email to search console and I am now seeing my website in the first section of the analytics tab, but there is still nothing in the analytics or adsense sections. I think the problem may be that I was signed in to my old google account when setting everything up. I was trying to only sign in using email and tried to make sure I was using only my new email for all fields, but my browser was signed in to an old account. For example, when I enter Google Search Console with my old account, it automatically pulled up the data for my website and showed that my old email was already verified as owner.
I added my new email and set it as owner then followed the previous steps to verify it on WordPress. My new email is successfully verified and when I go to general settings > analytics > search console, my website comes up, but everything else is still blank.
Is it possible that the analytics profile that was supposed to be created was created under the wrong account as well? I tried looking into that and was not able to find anything.
I updated the temporary login and pasted it in the sensitive data area along with my old vs new emails for reference.

Please respond: this is getting frustrating; I would like to finish building my website but this error has cost me more than a week. Why is the data not populating?

    Hello,

It appears you do not yet have an analytics account. If this is so, kindly go to: https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/ to create an account and equally create a property. Ideally, you should use the same Google Account you used for the Search Console Property. When done kindly reconnect your site to Google services from WP Admin > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Analytics:

Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Thank you.
