To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the Rank Math account associated with the email you used to purchase the Content AI plan. Once logged in, please navigate to your Rank Math account and check if the credits are visible under the “Websites” tab. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account
If you can see the credits there, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and then clicking on “Disconnect Account” and “Connect Now.”
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count. This will ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
It seems that your PRO plugin is connected to a different account, which is under Script Feeds.
Unfortunately, only one Rank Math account at a time can be connected to your website, so you can’t make use of another account for AI credits while connected to their PRO subscription.
However, that account is violating our terms of use for the PRO version. PRO versions are only meant to be used for unlimited personal sites and not client sites.
If they are catering to clients, they should be using either a Business or an Agency subscription. This way, they can assign Keywords and Content AI credit to their clients.

As an alternative, you can connect this account to your website to utilize your Content AI credits. Don’t worry; none of your settings will be lost, everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database and transferred over to the Free version of the plugin. But, the features that are available in the paid/higher plans won’t be accessible afterward. However, the information you added to your content while on the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.
