Also, please change the user role to an administrator-level privilege. This will allow us to access all the features and settings of Rank Math on your site.

Please visit your Network admin here: https://wewalk.com/wp-admin/network, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. There, you should see an option to connect your account to Rank Math. Please do that and send us a screenshot to confirm. Keep in mind that you will need to have super-admin privileges to access the Network Admin dashboard.
If you’re having problems with this, then you can briefly grant us network-level access to your multisite. i.e. create a user account for s******@r*********** with super-admin privileges. Add the login details to the sensitive data section.
