I purchased the AI functions, but after connecting my website supplementen.nl, i still get the “locked” screen with a link to more information.
Can you please let me know how to enable it?

To enable the AI functions, please follow these steps:
- Head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI.
- Scroll down and click the Refresh icon, as shown in the screenshot below:
After refreshing the credits, please check if the AI functions are now enabled. If you encounter any further issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

There are several others (including me) with similar problems, but Support have not yet acknowledged this as a server problem at their end. Hopefully, someone will join the dots soon! I did!

We just checked your website and it seems that you have the PRO plugin installed and your account only has a Free subscription to the plugin.
To use the credits you purchased you need to have the website connected to this account and because of that, only the Free plugin can be enabled on this website.
If you have an upgraded subscription to be able to use Rank Math PRO please share the email address of that so we can merge the accounts to correct the error.
If you are using a Business subscription from an agency or web developer, you would need to have the credits associated with that same Business account for everything to work correctly.

Pro version has been uninstalled. Indeed the ai credits are visible now 🙂
But… when trying a Research from the content Ai panel, this results in a Internal Server error. Can you pls check again how to proceed?
