    Please check if you have more than one account under e***@a*********************, and if I do, keep only the one with the credits. If not, Well, I hope you’ll find another solution.

    Thanks for your reply. I looked deeper into it and found that one of my plugins blocked the connection. I changed the setting, and now it works well.
