To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting the Rank Math account area at this URL: Rank Math Account Area.

2. If you can see the correct remaining credits in your account but they are not reflecting on your website, you should disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and following the steps to disconnect and reconnect your account as shown in this screenshot:
   

3. After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count as shown in this screenshot:
