If your host provider activated Rank Math PRO for you, and you are unsure about the account used, you can follow these steps to ensure the AI credits are injected into your plugin correctly:
- Log in to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account.
- Check if you can see the correct remaining credits associated with your account. Make sure you are logged in with the correct account.
If you find that the credit count is correct but not reflecting in your website, you can disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:
- Go to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on the “Disconnect” button and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI section and refresh the credits count. This action will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.

Please note that your host should be the one to buy the credits for your website as it is connected to their paid account.
If you purchase your own Content AI subscription with your own account, then you will be disconnected from their Rank Math account with the paid subscription.
