    Hi, I’m currently a free user but am debating moving to premium. However, atm I don’t seem to be getting the AI free credits discussed in a recent facebook post. I’m unsure if AI additions will be useful, so wanted to test before deciding if the premium will help me. Thanks.

    Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. As a free user, you won’t have access to Content AI features without an active Content AI membership. However, if you upgrade to the premium plan, you will receive a 15-day free trial of Content AI. The number of credits you receive depends on the plan you’ve purchased. Specifically, PRO users receive a trial of the Content AI Starter Plan.

    The bot suggests that the content-AI usage requires me to sign up. But, that kinda defeats the point of testing if the premium is worth it. I’m not interested in trial periods, as this is another factor to go wrong. I tend to just sign up to something, or not.

    We recently started allocating 750 monthly credits to Free users to try out the Content AI tool. Please update the Rank Math plugin to its latest version to use the free 750 credits.

    If you do not see the free credits in RankMath.com > My Account > Websites, please let us know so we can help investigate the issue.
