    Dear sir!

    I have bought ai credits to my site http://www.coachlister.se in the profile with email m*************@l****** but cant use it on my site? The credit wont get updated. What have i done wrong?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Thank you for your reply! Im sorry to say that I have already tried to do that. I have the credits in my account on your website, but not in my rankmath plugin on my site.

    It is possible that it isn’t working because of your browser cache.

    If you continue to face this issue, please perform a hard refresh of your WP Backend in your browser by following the relevant keyboard shortcut for your Browser/OS.

    If hard refresh does not help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Just a quick update that we have fixed this issue on one of our recent releases.

    Please update Rank Math & all other plugins, themes and WordPress to the latest version.

    The issue should be fixed.

    That’s right. We don’t see any Rank Math PRO subscription in your account either. If you also purchased the PRO subscription, please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account.

    Meanwhile, we can see 80 Content AI credits in your account available to use.

    If you don’t see the credits in your account, you may need to reconnect your website by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
