AI Cradits are not working on my website

1. Log in to your Rank Math account that you used to purchase the credits.

If the credit count is correct in your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here’s how:

• Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in the Content AI section of Rank Math to ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance:
