    Rank Math free

    I made sure the websites were connected. Then went to dashboard at math rank. there is no ai allocation available

    To resolve the problem with the AI allocation not being available in your Rank Math dashboard, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account that you used to purchase the AI credits.
    2. Navigate to your Rank Math Account > Websites or visit this URL: Rank Math Account Area.
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in the screenshot below:

    4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Follow the steps to disconnect and reconnect as shown in the screenshots below:

    5. After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count by clicking on the refresh icon to request updated credits from our server.

    I did all this but still cant connect ai. I deleted and reconnected all the sites. there is
    Content AI credits: 0 / 18000
    but cant assign anywhere

    Please note that the credit allocation is for Business or Agency subscriptions only:

    You should see the remaining credits on your connected websites as they share the same credits on your account.

    If you can see the correct number of credits as suggested above then this is a problem with the syncing of information between your Rank Math Account and your website.

    Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this, so you can follow the steps suggested below:

    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins? According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog.

    2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    5 . After doing this, refresh the credits to start using Content AI. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI scroll down and click on the refresh icon to refresh the credits.
