    Hi there – my developer has an agency account and has allocated my site some credits. However they are not showing when I log into Rankmath dashboard on my website. His email is j**@q*************** and my site is mrsmactivity.co.uk.

    Now I’m wondering if I actually have the free version of Rankmath on my site. Is there a way to tell whether I have the free or pro version please?

    Please make sure that the website is connected to the developer account so that the credits can be assigned correctly to the website.

    Hi, I have now disconnected from my dashboard and my developer has connected my account in his dashboard, but I still can’t see the credits on my site. He has sent me a screenshot and I still have 4000 left.
