Again issues with Category now some show only in default language

I redesigned my website however, somewhere something went wrong with Rankmath and WPML. I have some urls where the default language categorie is seen. Like the category belts is presents in dutch, french and german.
As soon rankmath is deactivated it works correctly.

Even if I do a new product the same issue arrises

I have seen that there are also urls with a mix of dutch and french. So it is not only the default language.
