Meanwhile, please note that Instant Indexing helps your website’s pages and content to be crawled instantly. Using Instant Indexing does not always result in the indexation of the content. It may take anywhere from minutes to days or even weeks before a URL is indexed. Using this plugin doesn’t guarantee that your pages will show up in the search results.
Also, each time Google uses a sitemap to find a URL, the count of the Discovered URLs increases by one. When the count of the Discovered URLs is zero or does not match your actual sitemap, it means Google didn’t use the sitemap to find the URLs. It mostly happens when you have good internal linking or used the Instant Indexing plugin.

First of all, Thanks for your Response.
The issue is after submitting the web story URL in Instant Indexing, Google does not crawl the URL.
But if I submit the same URL for indexing manually in the Google search console the URL is crawled instantly.
Instant Indexing works well for articles, but not for web stories.

We’ve checked some of your recent web stories and we can see that they are already indexed on Google:
However, please note that it is completely normal for a newly published post/page/web-story to take time before it gets crawled or indexed by Google. It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing some new URLs.
Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed.
