Installed a new, RankMath plugin on my website http://www.tvsdigital.com. By clicking RankMath plugin there is no dropdown menu and it goes directly to activation page. Which is good. Clicking activate the buton seems to receive the command and link changes to this: https://tvsdigital.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-registration, but nothing changes. Still the same page. If clicked skip – link changes to this: https://tvsdigital.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php and page becomes just white.
Deactivated WordFence – thought that is a problem. Still the same. Site runs latest WordPress version: 6.4.2. Need suggestions, thanks.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with activating Rank Math on your website. It seems like the activation process is not completing successfully, even after deactivating WordFence.
Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems like there might be a conflict or an issue with the activation process. To resolve this, I recommend manually installing Rank Math via FTP. You can follow the steps outlined in our guide here: Manually Install Rank Math via FTP (or SFTP).
If you encounter any issues during the manual installation process, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here: Rank Math Support. Our team is available 24×7 and will be happy to assist you.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
