ACF Pro Option Page Fields in Meta Title

    Hi,
    I have ACF Pro and created a options page with site settings. One of the site settings is phone number. I want to show this on all my pages.

    I use this:
    %title% | %customfield(phone_f2)%

    It dont show anything. Is it not possible to load option page fields to use for meta title/description?

    I am now using %title% | %sitedesc% and have put my phone number as site description
