I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues connecting your new website to your Rank Math account. To ensure that your website is connected to the correct account, please follow these steps:

Disconnect your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and clicking on Disconnect Account as shown below:

After disconnecting, click on Connect Now and select the correct account associated with your Rank Math PRO subscription. Then click on OK, Activate Now to reconnect your website with the correct account.

Once successfully connected, you will see the status on the Help page of your WordPress dashboard and in your Rank Math Websites section.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

After that, you can see all your connected sites here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
But if you are looking to connect the PRO account, it’s possible that you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
