Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We checked your website and a couple of posts and can confirm that your internal links do not have the rel="nofollow"
attribute. However, we did notice that the majority of your internal links have the rel="noreferrer"
attribute, which is usually used for external links, this might be because you’re opening the links in a new _blank
tab. This shouldn’t affect your SEO, although it is recommended to not use the rel=“noreferrer”
for internal links.
That said, we do not think your internal links are being attributed as nofollow, if you have any examples or screenshots of Semrush showing your internal links as nofollow, please share them with us so we can investigate further and help you resolve the issue.
We hope this helps and clarifies things for you. Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
How can I submit screenshot to here.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
To share screenshots with us, you can upload them to an image hosting site like imgur.com/upload and share the link with us.
Best,
Hello,
The only internal link that is showing as nofollow
on the article pages is the one to add a comment to the page and that is usually added by the theme people use on their websites.
This is done to prevent Google from trying to follow the link to add a comment as that is not relevant for SEO and could limit the crawl budget of your website.
If you check the source code the link with this will always contain the identifier #respond
which indicates the comment link.
Hope this helps clarify the situation.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
