It sounds like you’re trying to import your SEO settings from another SEO plugin. If that’s the case, please don’t worry. You can still complete the setup and import your data later.

Here’s what you need to do:

• Follow the setup wizard and skip the import step for now.
• After you finish the setup, go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins on your WordPress dashboard.
• Under the plugin column, uncheck the box that says “Calculate SEO Scores” below it. Then click on the “Import” button next to it. See this screenshot for reference:
  
• Once the import process is done, you can recalculate the scores by following the steps from this link:
