    As reported in the last ticket, I have already asked to refund AI function. But i still receive this error message.

    Please try to follow the steps we mentioned on that ticket and see if that works for you.

    Meanwhile, please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
