Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi,
We’re running on a VPS so providing FTP access would require creating a new sudo user. Is there something I can check myself and share?
Thanks
Hello,
It seems like you’ve marked this ticket as resolved.
Can you please confirm if you still need our assistance with this issue or anything else?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you.
Hello,
In this case, please share the WordPress access with us so we can help take a look.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the WordPress logins. Please also share some affected 404 URLs that are currently appearing on your website so that we can check the issue further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi,
I already shared some example URLs in the sensitive data in my first post.
Thanks
Hello,
It appears you have cleared the previous information you shared in the sensitive data section when you added your WordPress login, would you be kind enough to share them with us again?
We need to know what URL still in your sitemap is throwing a 404 error, that way we can troubleshoot this properly.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
I added this to sensitive data but it just posted it, if you could move it to sensitive data that would be appreciated.
Hello,
The most likely cause of this issue is a conflict with another plugin or your theme. To find out which one is causing the problem, you need to do some troubleshooting steps.
Please deactivate all your active plugins except Rank Math and try following these steps again to see if the sitemap gets updated now: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
If the issue is still there, please edit your first post on this ticket again and add your FTP login details in the Sensitive Data section at the bottom. This is a secure area that only our support team can access.
Before you share any information with us, please make sure you have a full backup of your website. This is very important in case something goes wrong.
We look forward to helping you troubleshoot this issue.
Deactivating plugins isn’t possible, it’s a live site that receives traffic. I would assume it’s a WPML conflict, can you find any evidence to support this?
Hello,
I’m afraid, that in order to identify the problem, we need to deactivate the plugins first. We are not aware of any conflict with WPML, but it could be a unique conflict in your environment. In order to test this, we suggest temporarily deactivating the plugin.
Since your website is live, we recommend using the Health Check plugin to deactivate the plugin. This way, your live site and what users are seeing won’t be affected. Another option is to use WP Staging to create a copy of your website to troubleshoot on.
Please try these methods and let us know the outcome.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
Hello,

Thank you.
