Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with 404 errors on your category page. It seems that the parameters in the URL are causing the page to go to a 404 error.
To resolve this issue, you can use Rank Math’s 404 Monitor module to identify and redirect visitors to the correct URL. Here’s how you can enable the 404 Monitor module in Rank Math:
- If you have Rank Math installed, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard from your WordPress dashboard.
- Enable Advanced Mode at the top-right corner of the page.
- Once done, enable the 404 Monitor module.
By using the 404 Monitor module, you can identify and address the 404 errors on your website. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting support.
The report from Google is accurate as the page you shared is currently returning a 404 error on your website.
If that is expected and this page is not on your website and you are worried that Google found it, it most likely found it by crawling the website and checking the internal links on your website since that is not available on the sitemap from our plugin.
You can check the details of that 404 error on that page by clicking on it inside Google Search Console, clicking the link to test the URL and checking the referring pages to see where Google is picking this up.
After that, you just need to correct the URL on the referring page so it doesn’t point to a 404 page.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hello,
The canonical URL is accurate, it is just Google discovered a filter path for that category page which currently returns a 404 page.
If that page is not meant to exist, you can safely ignore that from Google Search Console. However, if Google is still crawling that page, you might want to check the referring page of that URL in when you submit that URL in GSC’s URL inspection tool.
Looking forward to helping you.
how i can check on rank math my website categories are ranked or not?
Hello,
Our plugin doesn’t show stats for the categories. You will have to check the reports directly in your GSC account for the rankings of the category pages.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
