Hi,
I am using the free version at the moment. I found SEO analyzer seems not working. it comes with HTTP 400 error every single time. I followed the page – https://rankmath.com/kb/api-http-400-error/ and found none of the fix works.
1) website is not Under Maintenance
2) Website Status is 200
3) no API Timeout issue
4) no API Requests Blocked by Firewall – confirmed by hosting provider.
5) not Locally Hosted Website
Any other fix?
Thanks,
Leo

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. my website doesn’t have a whitelist. The hosting server doesn’t block the IP address either.
I also tried to reinstall the plugin. It doesn’t fix the problem.
Kind regards,
LeoHello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thank you for the reply. But I am not comfortable to let anybody else to touch my website.
In term of settings, I haven’t done anything unusual. But I found these in the Rank math status:
Database Table: Redirection Not found
Database Table: Redirection Cache Not foundthe hosting company also told me that “when I search the error log for rankmath it does complain that a table doesn’t exist:
> PHP message: WordPress database error Table ‘xxxxxx.wp_rank_math_analytics_gsc’ doesn’t existI tried to reinstall the plugin but still doesn’t work. I guess it something missing from the plugin itself.
kind regards,
Leo
Hello,
In this case, please recreate the Rank Math tables by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the Recreate Missing Database Tables to see if that works for you.
https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recreate-missing-database-toolsPlease note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/The issue should be resolved after that. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.
Thank you.
It is not working.
Hi there,
My hosting server has a thorough check. Here is what they said –
I can see that it is assembling a query and sending it to their website and there is a connection between the two of a few packets but then they return that 400 error.
The request we are sending looks pretty valid, it doesn’t work as a URL due to how they attach the locale but I don’t know how they are processing it at their end, so this could be expected.
I don’t know if this function is available for free version.
Kind regards
Have you found a solution yet?
Hello,
Apologies for the delay as this ticket seems to have been stuck in our drafts section for some reason.
The login details you have shared for your site are no longer working. Could you please check?
Meanwhile, please also check your server’s TLS version as we recommend using TLS version 1.2 or lower as the minimum version because even some browsers don’t support
TLS v1.3
, which could be the cause of this issue.Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
the log in was suspended as nobody was trying to help.
my server uses TLS 1.3
Hello,
Please note that we don’t support TLS
1.3
at the moment since it’s also not widely supported. We recommend using TLS version1.2
or lower as the minimum version because even some browsers don’t support TLS v1.3, which means that some of your potential visitors would not be able to access your site (aside from our server also being unable to fetch your homepage for the SEO Analysis).Even Cloudflare does not recommend setting “Minimum TLS Version” to 1.3: https://developers.cloudflare.com/ssl/edge-certificates/additional-options/minimum-tls/
It is not recommended to set the minimum TLS to 1.3, unless there is a specific use case, as this will likely cause issues with search engine crawlers and certain browsers.
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
