There are some more issues with the plugin like
>> Want to add company name on all the blog post in the meta title. I have updated that in backend but not reflectiing in front end
>> Also, there are lot of issues with the schema tag implemented through rankmath

There was an issue with the redirections in a previous version of our plugin. Please confirm that you are using the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
If the issue persists on the latest version, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hello, I checked internally with other team member if they are adding redirection from their account then it is working but if I am adding redirection from my account then it is not working. Can you please help me in this?

If your colleagues are able to add redirections from their accounts but you can’t, then it’s most likely something to do with your account.
You should try logging out and logging back in. Also, make sure that you have access to Rank Math Redirection from your website role manager:
