Hi, I am still in the 30-day trial refund phase but I cannot use the plugin at this moment due to some operational issues from my side (I need to set a few things up before I want to/am able to use SEO). Since I will not be using SEO capabilities this month, I won’t be able to see if this plugin is good for me. I was writing to ask if it is possible to make an exception for this case, as in giving me a 2-month period to refund the product rather than a 1-month period? Otherwise, I may have to cancel my account for now and issue a refund and come back later.
