3. Alternate Page with Proper Canonical Tag:
You can safely ignore the alternate with proper canonical message for AMP pages. Canonical tags are added to duplicate pages to tell search engines when they are crawling an alternative version of another page. In this case, the AMP version is the alternative version of the non-AMP version.

4. Excluded by NoIndex Tag:

Regarding your feed URLs, if you don’t want Google to crawl those URLs then you can add the following disallow rule to your robots.txt file.
