    Good morning,

    Please can you cancel the subscription I have?

    It says there are no active subscriptions on my account, but they have tried to take €80,40 today.

    Please could you cancel this so they don’t try to take the money out.

    We can see that you have a Content AI plan that was purchased last year, but as requested, we have successfully canceled your Content AI subscription, and you won’t get billed for its renewal.
