Cant Upgrade my Account from FREE to PRO

    Hi, i tried free plugin and i liked the plugin tried to upgrade using my credit card and i get error message saying cant upgrade at this time need to contact support.

    I live in united states my payment page is set on United states when i tried to process the subscription payment and i don’t use any VPNs. i have tried to run transaction twice once with business credit card and once with personal credit card both failed!

    please if you can let me know what do i need to do or if you need any info for me will be more than happy to provide to get my account upgraded!

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    Country

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I have tried all that and still same issue, i even tried from differnt computers, phone,laptop. used my credit cards which accept international payments,no VPPNS no proxy language is english , country set to USA where i reside,no prepaid card, card i am using accept subscription payments, i even tried paypal same message as well called the bank for multiple credit cards i been trying to use they said no issues from their side and in all cases period i get always the same message which is we regret we cant process at this time contact support for more help.

    Have you tried using a different credit card?

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
