Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

Since you require those five payment items above, all of which I meet, but you insist on getting the CC info because you want to make sure you can bill the customer again in one year – YOU have made demands on paypal to ask again for my CC info.
The problem is at your end. You must change your policy or i can never buy your product. If your product is as good as you believe then me as a customer will continue to pay you. If it is not any good, then i just cancel the renewal.
I wonder how many other customers you have lost because you have these selfish foolish demands.
I use paypal to send and receive money and will never give to a vendor my CC info because i use paypal !!!
When you folks figure out your mistake please let me know so I can buy a year of service.

All our products are subscription-based but those can be easily canceled by following the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/
Because the products are subscriptions it’s a requirement set by PayPal to have the credit card information associated with it and that’s why our payment provider has set it up like so.
That is not something that can be changed and if you want to purchase for a single year you can do so by going through the checkout and then cancel immediately after that using the tutorial we shared above.

It is not true that PayPal requires this issue. I buy plenty of software online and yours is the only place I have this problem. I suspect that might be if you are a non USA business.
I am sure if the person at your company who interacts with PayPal explains properly the issue that the problem will go away.
Remember, I already have my CC installed at PayPal. Why would they require it to be installed again?

The payment process is entirely handled by FastSpring which acts as our merchant of records and it’s a US-based company from California. We don’t have any control over that process, our payment provider does.
We have complete trust in them and any specific rules that they might be implementing for purchasing a subscription and our customers seem satisfied with the process so far so we don’t see any reason to change.

I just checked out FastSpring – ya I can see for you selling software subscriptions they offer a real neat product and service.
Well maybe ii will break down and put in the CC info which trust me I hate to do … but I want to get my hands on the Pro version
