    On May 2nd, I was charged 90.97
    On May 8th, I was charged 117.00
    On May 17th, I was charged 64.94

    I believe I am being over charged.
    I would like to use the pro version.
    Also my account says I only have the free version.

    We checked your account and we can only see one charge last May 7, 2024 amounting to $107.88.

    Is it possible that you bought another subscription with another email address?

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Hello,

    We were able to find the other 2 charges on one of the email addresses you shared.

    There is a PRO subscription and a Content AI subscription that was charged after the trial ended. That trial is initiated with all PRO subscriptions and runs for 15 days before a charge happens.

    What we can do is merge the accounts under a single email address of your choice and then refund that Content AI subscription that was on trial previously.

    You just need to let us know the preferred email address to keep using the plugin.
