Content AI credits not showing

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account where you purchased the Content AI credits.

2. Visit the Rank Math account area by going to: Rank Math Account Area and verify if your account shows the correct remaining credits.

   

3. If the credits are correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

   
   

4. After reconnecting your account, refresh the Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and clicking on the refresh button.
