Rank Math offers different type of schemas in the free version:
https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/#schema-rank-math-and-pro
However, you can only apply a single schema as using multiple schema types on a post/page is only available with Rank Math PRO.
Regarding your question, you can use a different schema plugin on your site alongside Rank Math as long as you disable the Schema Module in Rank Math > Dashboard.
We highly recommend using one plugin only to generate and handle your website schema to avoid conflicting issues.
