Hello,

I have tried many times to update keywords on my client’s website using Rank Math, but it’s not working. I used the All In One SEO plugin, and that worked.

I have always used Rank Math for my clients because your plugin is the best. I would really appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting this issue.

1. Reconnect Website with Rank Math: Sometimes reconnecting your website with Rank Math can resolve such issues. You can do this by heading over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, and then click Disconnect Account. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to reconnect. Make sure to select the right account and activate it.

1. Update to the Latest Version of Rank Math: Ensure you are using the latest version of Rank Math. You can check for updates by navigating to Plugins → Installed Plugins in your WordPress dashboard. If updates are available, click the update now link.

To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure the following:
1. Check Keyword Limits: Ensure that you are not exceeding the keyword limit in Rank Tracker. If you try to add keywords beyond the limit, they will not be displayed. You can find the keyword limit information in the Keyword Manager section or on your Rank Math account.

2. If that is not the case ensure you are using the latest versions of the plugins:

3. Then try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

Hello,

It appears that your hosting provider GoDaddy is currently blocking our plugin API route that we use to save the meta. Please see the screenshot below:

In this case, please contact GoDaddy to whitelist our API routes so you can save your keywords again.
