    A few weeks ago, the new version stopped allowing updates and shows the following error:
    • Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address. Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the PRO plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
