I just noticed now that my account is only sitting at 7500 credits used but I should have 30,000!

You upgraded to a Content AI Expert plan but the payment hasn’t gone through. The order is still pending because of some issue with your payment method.
Once the payment goes through, you will be able to use the additional credits allocated to the Expert plan.
