- If the credits are correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps to disconnect and reconnect:

Found out that I have two accounts with Rankmath. My website is only connected with one of them – the one that is not provided by one.com. How should I solve this ?

Regarding connecting your website with Rank Math, please note that you can connect your website with only one Rank Math account at time.
However, we can merge both accounts into one so you can use only one email.
Please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will merge the accounts.
