    I spoke with customer service and was told that i would only be charged 20.99 today but i was charged 270.00 instead. I need a full refund.

    We can gladly refund the purchase since it’s well within the 30-day refund period but we would like to understand where this communication with the support team came from because we don’t see any email exchange on this account.

    All the subscriptions run yearly so when someone makes a purchase it’s charged for 12 months.

    Having said that, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
