    Hi,

    We are an agency in Holland. We are using Yoast SEO. I saw your video’s and it gets my interest.For an existing shop I want to buy the pro version to test fully the Rank Math. If I am satisfied I want to upgrade to Agency submission.

    Question:
    1) Is upgrade to agency possible
    2) Can I get by time been also the discount which you offer now?
    3) When I decide to buy now agency subscription and after 2 month using I decide not to use the Rank math can I get my payment back for the months which I didn’t use?

    Thanks for you’re quick reply. Questions 1 and 3 are clear.

    Questions 2 is not clear yet. If I purchase now the pro plan and gone use it for testing purpose then the offer of discount will be ended. Offer is valid for 1 day from now and then ends.

    My question is: can I get the discount which you are offering now, at the time I am satisfied about Rank Math and wants to upgrade to agency plan.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    If you decide to upgrade to the agency plan, we will offer you the same benefits and discounts that we are currently offering.

    Also, our refund policy is valid only for 30 days. You won’t get a refund if you decide to stop using Rank Math after that. You should use and decide within the refund period to be eligible for a refund.
