It seems that you have meant to purchase the Rank Math PRO version instead of the Content AI package.
Please note that it is a different subscription, and they work differently on your website.
Let us know if that is the case so we can refund the Content AI subscription and you can buy the Rank Math PRO instead.

I did purchase the Content AI subscription. When I try to use it to generate Alt Text for images after the purchase, it still gives a pop-up box that I must purchase the subscription.
Please advise how I make this work.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.
After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
