Money was deducted but never received product

    Hi there
    The Rankmath website crashed as I paid for a subscription to the plugin. I have received no email or anything.
    The money was deducted on Paypal side, but according to Rankmath the transaction never went through.
    Please advise.

    I have screenshots of both the paypal transaction as well as the error message the Rankmath website kicked out.
