Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Rank Math Setup Wizard, specifically with the Google Analytics section not recognizing your site. If you have already connected to Google Services and are experiencing this problem, there are a few steps you can take to address this:
-
Verify Site Ownership: Ensure that you have verified ownership of your website in Google Search Console. This is crucial for Google Analytics to recognize your site.
-
Check Permissions: Make sure you have granted all the necessary permissions during the setup process. In some cases, missing permissions can lead to issues with data fetching.
-
Reconnect Google Services: If the issue persists, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Services within Rank Math. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
-
Clear Cache: Clear any caching plugins or server-side caches that might be affecting the data fetching process.
-
Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the problem, please consider reaching out to our support staff by opening a support ticket here. They are available 24x7x365 and will assist you in resolving this dilemma.
If you encounter any further difficulties or have additional questions, feel free to let us know so we can provide further assistance.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.

Hello,
For troubleshooting, you can skip the Google connection process in the Setup Wizard.
Then, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Regarding the Analytics drop-down, could you please confirm if you have already created a GA4 property for your website?
If not yet, please visit this page (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/) and sign up for a Google Analytics account and property, then reconnect your Google Account so the new Analytics account will reflect in that section.
Hope that helps.
